[Patreon] Shagging Shouldn’t Hurt!

Unwanted pain during sex is far more common than most people realize—and far less talked about. In this chat, we’ll break the silence around pelvic pain: what it is, why it happens, and how systemic gaps in medicine and sex education leave many people undiagnosed and dismissed. We’ll explore the psychology of pain, how it can become a cycle, and what can be done to interrupt it. Whether you’re experiencing pain yourself or supporting a partner who is, you’ll leave with practical tools, creative alternatives for pleasure, and a deeper understanding of how pleasure itself can be a powerful key to managing chronic pain.
