About Noa

Noa Elan is the CEO of Bloom Community, the alternative dating app for alternative people. Bloom is where queer, polyamorous, activists, kinky, spiritual, and consent-minded members of society connect.

Noa graduated with an MBA from Berkeley and was lucky to lead marketing for some of the bigger brands in the world including Tide, Square, Lyft, Adobe, and Burning Man. Despite this, she claims that her impact and identity is most attached to her work as a sex+ community leader. In the past decade Noa has dedicated much of her free time to organizing parties, leading circles, and mentoring individuals on their non-monogamous journey. At Bloom Community, Noa is able to do this at a much larger scale.

Consent Dojo is an ongoing project created by Midori where she sits down with a special guest to discuss different aspects of consent, how communication can affect and enhance our relationships, and how consent transcends the interpersonal world and builds more resilient communities and organizations.
